On Friday, 24th February, 2023, TESCON-AAMUSTED Mampong Campus executives led by its President, Isaiah Atta Amoako donated ten(10) set of street light bulbs sponsored by Asante Mampong MCE(Hon Thomas Appiah Kubi) to Akenten Appiah-Menka University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development(AAMUSTED).
The items presented to the University Community through the Students Representative Council(SRC) is expected to add up to the already existing lighting system aimed at improving visibility on campus expecially, at night.
Receiving the items on behalf of the university community, were the Students Vice-Dean, the SRC President, Adam Kofi Jamiru, the SRC Vice-President, Isaac Oheneba Boateng and the SRC PRO, Opoku Adusei.
Management of the University Council and Leadership of the Students Representative Council expressed their appreciation to the TESCON executives lead by Ata Amoako for the donated made to the university community.
The Tescon President, Atta Amoako Isaiah assured the student of the support of Tescon, “The office of Tescon is always open and ready to support every student irrespective of religious or tribal backgrounds” he said. He told the students to rally behind the New Patriotic Party and it’s government as it is the only political party that will be able to salvage the Ghana economy from the current global economic recess caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing Russo-Ukraine war. “The New Patriotic Party has done it before and will do it again. Together we will break the Eight and move the country forward” Atta Amoako reassured.
To assist with the presentation was the TESCON Patron, Dr Benedict Osei-Wusu.
