“I NEED MILITARY PROTECTION” AKUA DONKOR TELLS GOVERNMENT

The 2020 flag bearer of Ghana Freedom Party, Madam Akua Donkor, has appealed to H. E Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo to as a matter of urgency give her accurate security, since her life is in danger.

 

Briefing the media in Accra today, she said that some well known NDC footsoldiers have on several attempts call to threaten her.

Madam Akua Donkor rehearsed that one Kwaku Skirt, a fierce member of the opposition NDC, called her on phone and told her she will be dealt with for supporting the ruling Npp.

She leaked that a lot of unidentified folk have been chasing and pursued to assassinate her believing, the government must give her military protection and bullet-proof car to forestall the peril.

“I need bullet-proof car and military protection. I have been imperilled several times on phone for bolstering the ruling New Patriotic Party. I can no longer withstand the intimidation. I am calling on the government to give me accurate security,” she included.

“When you go to the advanced provinces, a flag-bearer for a political party like mine is catered for by the ruling government because of their contributions towards the development of the country. I think the Nana Addo government must give me the same convenience.”

The political activist remarked indignantly how her security matters have not been the concern of the Npp government after defending their programs on both radio and TV shows

“I feel depressed about how the government has abdicated my security. I have been branded of backing their policies and I think this has resorted to my envy. I am addressing to the Interior Minister and other germane collaborators to give me security guard,” she confirmed.
